Tammie Siew is COO and General Partner at Pebblebed, bringing a rare trifecta to the role: she has been a founder, an investor at one of the world's most storied venture firms, and now the operator building Pebblebed from the ground up.

Before Pebblebed, Tammie worked at Sequoia Capital, where she developed a sharp eye for what separates exceptional early-stage companies from the rest. Her perspective as an investor was forged by having been on the other side of that table — she knows what the pitch feels like from the inside.

As COO, Tammie has built the operational infrastructure that makes Pebblebed's involvement with portfolio companies genuinely useful. She has thought harder than anyone about what hands-on support actually means in practice, and built the systems to deliver it.
